SEGGER Microcontroller – it simply works.
SEGGER Microcontroller was founded in 1992 by Rolf Segger in Hilden, Germany. Its first product was the real-time operating system (RTOS), now known as embOS. emWin followed two years later. The company's early products focused on RTOS and middleware products. Later, however, the company produced ISP programming tools (Flasher) and debug probes (J-Link). In 2015, SEGGER launched its Embedded Studio, its cross-platform IDE for CPUs that conform to the ARM architecture, although newer versions are also used by RISC-V.
All products are developed, maintained and updated in Germany, with the exception of Embedded Studio, which is primarily developed by a team in the UK.

Projects
Upgrade to TYPO3 v10
Launch Shopware 6 Shop
To replace the outdated online shop, which was based on Shopware 5 and no longer met current technological and business requirements, a new B2B shop was developed using Shopware 6.5.
Launch china website
To enable users in China to access the information more efficiently, segger.cn was established, hosted on systems in China.
CDN Provider Selection and Integration
SEGGER products are used worldwide for developing, analyzing, and manufacturing microcontroller systems. Reliable access to documentation and software, available through the website, is critical for developers. High availability and fast download times are essential for customer satisfaction.
To enhance these aspects, we were tasked with selecting a suitable Content Delivery Network (CDN) and implementing it specifically for documentation and software downloads. Additionally, the CDN was configured to serve static assets from the website to further improve performance and optimize the user experience.
TYPO3 Upgrade of the SEGGER Corporate Website
The original website was developed in-house based on TYPO3 7, and continued on-premises operation was desired. Marketing Factory was brought in as a TYPO3 expert to upgrade to a current version and optimise continued in-house maintenance with more modern workflows.
